TEFL Teacher Training Certificate Program |
Are you a university graduate looking to teach English overseas?
Are you an experienced subject teacher looking for a new challenge?
The TEFL Teacher Training Program at Young People’s Language School is an ideal program for local university graduates who would like to teach English abroad as well as for experienced English teachers from around the world who would like to improve their language skills and brush up on current language teaching methodology. YPLS also houses ESL programs for elementary, high-school and university age students, so you will have the opportunity to get involved right on site!
The TEFL certificate is equivalent to the TESL and TESOL certificates offered at other training institutions. What the above acronyms all refer to is the same: programming and certification either to take on English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teaching positions in non-English speaking countries at various levels - including elementary, high school, college, university -, or to take on English as a Second Language (ESL) teaching positions in English speaking countries at various non-degree-granting adult language schools.
